QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

I used the wrong address, can I still change this?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to info@adirelounge.com and we will take care of it for you. 

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items. 

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order? 

As long as your items are not in production yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item is 'in production' we cannot cancel anymore since it is already being made. To cancel your order, email us at info@adirelounge.com  Please title your email "Cancel order (your order number)" and we will take care of it for you.

Where are your items made?

It depends on your country of residence and what item you have ordered. We have factories in the United States, Mexico and Europe

 

 

Where are your items Produced?

All our items are hand made in Lagos, Nigeria.

Do you also work with social media influencers?

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.

Where do Adirelounge ship to, I am not from the USA or Europe?

We ship worldwide.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

This is divided into two parts:

1. Production Times:

We are made on order if the product is not available  everything is hand made just for you . It takes us about 7-10 business days to create fabric. Shipping times are excluded from our production times.

Under normal circumstances, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.

2. Shipping Times:

Please Note: May be longer at peak times or areas impacted by COVID restrictions

What does shipping cost?

We only charge shipping on single orders. For every order above $100, shipping is on us!

Domestic shipping (USA) for orders under $150 or €150: 5.99
International shipping for orders under $150 or €150: 10.99

Why can't I track my order via your tracking page?

You will get an e-mail once your product is printed and sent out for delivery. From then on our tracking kicks in. You will automatically receive a shipping e-mail plus a tracking code.

Customs charged me extra for my delivery, now what?

We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import.

Our products  are made o 100% organic cotton and sustainable organic dyes.
