- Iron on the reverse side at an appropriate temperature for the fabric.
Colour representation: We make every effort to photograph our fabrics accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions.
Please note: Handmade variations are part of the character of the fabric. They are not necessarily defects.
Fabric Technique
Fabric Technique
Technique: Batik — Wax-Resist Dyeing
Batik is created by applying wax to selected areas of fabric to resist dye, forming distinctive patterns and contrasts. The fabric is dyed, and the wax is subsequently removed to reveal the design.
The process creates expressive patterns, with variations that reflect the handmade nature of the textile.
Made by: Artisans in Nigeria.
